EAT
Ever wonder where the locals eat? We’ve put together a list of the best spots, from world-famous fine dining restaurants to burger joints and amazing Mexican food from a taco truck. All of the establishments below have met our strict criteria for inclusion: make good food or you’re off the list.
Downtown Napa:
Ubuntu: You won’t experience anything like this at home, we promise. The menu is vegetables only, and there’s even a yoga studio upstairs.
Azzuro Pizzeria e Enoteca: Great casual environment with a brick oven for pizzas. Perfect space for the family.
Oenotri: All house-made foods, including pastas and salumni. This is the place to be in the newly revived downtown of Napa.
Tacos Michoacan Taco Truck: (various locations) Everyone has their opinions on the best taco truck in Napa, but this is a favorite. Start here and make your own decision.

St. Helena:
Gott’s Roadside: Try the ahi burger or the Miss Kentucky, and don’t forget the sweet potato fries. It’s worth the line! (There’s one downtown Napa at the Oxbow Plaza as well).
Farmstead: All the buzzwords – local, fresh, sustainable – and the food to back it up! Their gardens and cattle are right up the hill in St Helena.
Go Fish: Fish in all its glory, from sushi to fish tacos to oysters on the half shell.
Yountville:
Bouchon Bistro: One of several restaurants from Chef Thomas Keller, a must when you are in Napa Valley.
Bistro Jeanty: Classic French bistro menu with a great outdoor patio. The communal table is a great place to see and be seen.
Mustards: After 15 years, everything is great on the menu. Our must-try dish? The Mongolian Pork Chop.
